2009 Rosé

Our 2009 Rosé is a combination of 75% Syrah from our estate vineyard Forgotten Hills and Loess Vineyard, co-fermented with 25% Viognier . On the nose you will find a burst of crushed strawberries and lychee fruit, followed by a mouth of more strawberries, rhubarb and bright fruits. This rosé is extremely dry, crisp, light and fresh, while delivering palate cleansing acid. Pair it with salmon or anything fresh and light at a summer BBQ. Best served chilled.
